This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines prohibited activities and responsibilities of all users accessing or using Fog Proxy services. By using Fog Proxy, you agree to comply with this policy at all times.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Fog Proxy for activities that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending spam, phishing emails, or bulk unsolicited messages
- Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful scripts
- Hacking, penetration testing, or exploiting vulnerabilities without permission
- Accessing or attempting to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization
- Scraping sensitive data from government, financial, or medical websites
- Bypassing access controls or network restrictions
2. Responsible Usage
- Use our services only for lawful and ethical purposes
- Ensure proxy use is compliant with targeted websites’ terms of service
- Avoid excessive requests that may disrupt services for others
- Respect the rights and privacy of individuals and organizations
3. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account without notice. Fog Proxy reserves the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
4. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this policy, please email abuse@fog-proxy.com. We take abuse reports seriously and investigate all legitimate claims.
5. Changes to the AUP
Fog Proxy may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the effective date clearly marked.
